Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods
While we take care to ensure your goods are kept in good condition, we cannot control any damage that occurs in transit.
If physical goods are damaged on arrival, we can replace goods depending on leftover stock, however the buyer will have to pay the additional shipping fees.
We unfortunately cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods.
We are not liable for damages that occur after goods have been removed from their packaging.
Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Sales are final, and we are not accepting refunds or cancellations at this time.
No returns or exchanges on goods will be accepted.
Should the mail service be unable to deliver your order due to misinformation, we are not liable for the undelivered/misdelivered package and will unfortunately be unable to provide a refund or replacement. Please double check that all information is correct before placing your order.
